Description
This 4-way relay board is the companion to the MegaPoints Relay / Frog Driver module. Each board carries four relays and connects to the driver through a single six-pin lead, so you simply add as many boards as your layout needs and let the driver handle the rest.
The most common job is switching turnout frog polarity: the relay common wires to the frog, while the normally-open and normally-closed terminals go to the stock rails, giving a clean change of polarity as the points move. The same relays can equally switch section power or other isolated loads around the layout.
